Cruelty, neglect, and abuse to animals is shameful, unthinkable, unforgivable. words cannot describe how heart wrenching and absolutely horrific it can be watching videos of starved, bruised, beaten, raped, and burned dogs. Animal abusers are despicable and deserve the maximum penalty available. To Err is Human, To Forgive Canine.
